Where we start
The first sessions are about getting honest about what is working, what is not and where to adjust. From there we reverse engineer what you want into this month and this week. “When you reverse engineer it, it makes it a lot more manageable mentally.”
What we work on
The work moves between the mechanics, meaning your numbers, your time, your team and the leverage you are not yet using, and the person running all of it. We work on whichever one is in the way, and usually it is both. You leave each session with one clear next step.
What it includes
Recurring private sessions through the year with time between them to do the work. A written recap after every session. Frameworks, playbooks and resources from 25+ years of building businesses. Support between sessions when a decision cannot wait.

Is coaching the same as consulting or training?
Training teaches one person’s model of success, and consulting hands you answers. Coaching starts from the belief that you already know a great deal about what to do. Early on I often share resources and experience. The deeper work is helping you see clearly and choose on purpose.
Who is the best fit?
Established leaders, business owners and high-producing professionals who are open to looking at their own patterns, willing to get a little uncomfortable, and want high accountability without punishment.
Do you work virtually?
Yes. I coach leaders across the United States and Canada by video.
What does the investment look like?
It depends on the scope and cadence that fit what you are building. We talk it through together in the discovery session, once we both know what the work needs to be.
How do we begin?
